The Project
The Koniambo Nickel plant, completed in 2010, is a vital asset in New Caledonia’s industrial landscape, boasting one of the world’s largest and highest-grade undeveloped nickel deposits. FERBECK INTERNATIONAL SA undertook the construction of a distinctive 135-meter concrete hybrid chimney, combining concrete and steel for optimal efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
