The Nizhny Novgorod refinery, owned by PJSC Lukoil, is a significant player in Russia’s petroleum refining sector. In 2017, Lukoil initiated the construction of a delayed coker complex, part of a deep conversion project. FERBECK INTERNATIONAL SA secured the EPC contract for an 80-meter-high steel stack, essential for the project’s operations.
